In other Bible translations, "anquish" is distress or trouble. The "Lord" is Jehovah, Jah, Yah. And "free" is to be in a large place, wide place, to be made bigger:
" ... the Lord heard me, and enlarged me."

History:
America Born For Freedom!
The Declaration Of Independence was born out of what has since been named an honorable American tradition ~ dissent. Dissent comes from not being happy and doing something about it! dissent is saying no. The first colonists who came to America rebelled at being ruled by a king's government where they had no voice, only taxation and oppression. In forming America, the Declaration Of Independance was written, finalized on July 4, 1776 and read to a courtyard of about 200 citizens on July 8th. It is the Bill of Rights was enacted in 1791 and that explicitly gave us freedom of religion and speech. It was only after the Civil War in 1868, that the 14th Ammendment was added to the Bill Of Rights ensuring or at least proclaiming equality for all.

Focus! Look within and ask: What do I desire?
What would be fun? Fun in this moment?
This day? This life?

Fantasize! Let your imagination run wild ...
Foresee yourself in free flowing FUN!!!

Feel! Allow the feelings of fun to flood your mind and body in a fountain of imagination as you freely experience the fun that is calling to you.

Familiarize! Give yourself permission to feel the flooding fountain of fun freely flowing more and more often throughout each day.
