My truth lives in me;
no matter how confused or upset
I might feel, the truth of Love
in my core is there for me.

Pray: Dear Mother/Father/God,
Thank you, thank you, that I can turn to you no matter what. May I know the truth of your Love inside me no matter what happens. I give you the hard things in life God and I thank you for seeing me through them. And I give thanks for my many blessings; may I recognize them this day & always. Thank you God! Amen.
Play: When there are hard things in life, do you ever feel like hiding? Try hiding those "yuckies" with God:
Dig a hole and put your yuckies inside, then ask God to help you grow something positive right there in the place of the yuckies "fertilzer" you buried!
Grow forgiveness! Say any yuckies into your hand, hide in your hands and give the yuckies to the hand of God. Look up & say "I forgive you" to yourself & others.
