Pray: Dear Mother/Father/God,
Thank you for the way you made me... I give thanks for my body, my mind, my spirit. I ask to accept myself as a perfect, divine being no matter what I look like ~ I am perfect because of you God. I am made of Love!
Play: Look in the mirror and say,
"I am just right!" Then, ignor anything that may look "wrong" and name 10 right things about your body!
Find a living thing that is small to hold in your hand ... a bug, a frog, a flower. Say to them, "You are made of Love."
Draw pictures of yourself in different sizes; tiny to giant. Make sure you add the Love of you no matter what size! |
